De Carlo “Oyo” Lim Uy is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Davao Metro Shuttle, Oro Tech, and Metro Gear Construction Corp. He is the son of former Tagum City Mayor Rey Uy and cousin of Davao De Oro Governor Jayvee Tyron Uy.
