PCC was founded by Belgian CICM Missionaries, led by Rev. Fr. Pierre Cornelis de Brouwer, to provide quality Catholic education. It started as “Escuela Catolica” and was officially incorporated in 1915. Over the years, PCC expanded its programs to include primary, secondary, and tertiary education.
