    • latest ITR 1701 with AFS (audited financial statement)
    • DTI & Business Permit
    • Latest 3 months bank statement
  • EMPLOYED
    • 2 valid IDs of the borrower and comaker
    • Certificate of Employment (COE)
    • Latest 3 months bank statement
    • Proof of Billing
    • Latest of ITR 2316
  • OFW
    • 2 valid IDs
    • Certificate of Employment (COE) or Contract
    • Latest 3 months payslip
    • Latest 3 months proof of remittances
