What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No minimum on select fabrics and products like tarpaulins, stickers, and document printing. For sublimation apparel, MOQ starts at 5 pieces per design. Bulk discounts kick in at 20+ pieces.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days depending on the product and quantity. Rush orders (1–2 days) are available for an additional fee. Document printing can be done same-day.
What file formats do you accept for designs?
We accept AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG, and SVG files. High-resolution files (300 DPI) are preferred for print. If you don't have a design, our team can create one for free on qualifying orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer (BDO, BPI, GCash, Maya), and PayPal. For corporate orders, we can arrange net-30 terms with approved credit. A 50% deposit is required for custom orders.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship via LBC, J&T Express, Shopee, and Lazada nationwide. Local delivery is available in Tagum City, Davao City, and Cagayan de Oro. Shipping costs vary by weight and destination.
Can I see a sample before ordering in bulk?
Yes. Visit any of our 3 branches to inspect fabric samples, review physical product catalogs, and discuss your project in person. We can also produce a single sample piece before bulk production.
