When you approve your digital quote, our billing department generates a secure, direct payment link with 256-bit SSL encryption and mandatory 3D Secure (OTP) authorization. There are zero added card processing surcharges for domestic or international clients.
Which foreign currencies do you accept for international orders?
We directly invoice and accept settlement in five major global currencies: USD (US Dollar), HKD (Hong Kong Dollar), CNY (Chinese Yuan), EUR (Euro), and PHP (Philippine Peso). When paying via international wire or online checkout, your payment settles cleanly with zero currency friction.
How do I send money via Wise or Revolut?
For Wise, select the Philippines as your destination, choose PHP or USD payout, and enter our verified recipient email: sales@phshirt.com. Wise transfers typically arrive in our BPI corporate account within minutes. For Revolut, you can send an international bank transfer or use your Revolut card to pay our digital invoice link with real-time interbank foreign exchange rates.
Do you issue official BIR Sales Invoices and accept BIR Form 2307?
Yes. As a registered Philippine business enterprise, we issue official BIR Sales Invoices for all retail, corporate, and government transactions. If your company withholds tax, please provide your BIR Form 2307 along with your payment proof.
How long does payment verification take?
Instant transfers via GCash, Maya, InstaPay, and credit cards are verified within 10 to 15 minutes during standard Philippine business hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PHT). International SWIFT wires and PESONet transfers are verified immediately upon credit confirmation from our bank.
Can overseas clients send downpayments through Western Union?
Yes. OFWs and international buyers can send money through Western Union online or at any physical agent counter worldwide. You can transfer directly to our BPI bank account, send to our GCash mobile wallet, or send for cash pickup in Tagum City.
