Important Instructions Before Placing Your Order

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped out as soon as possible within 1-2 days based on current queuing.

How to Customize

  1. Create Your Design: Use high-definition images for best results.
  2. File Size Requirements:
    • 11oz Mug: 9.5 cm (H) x 20 cm (W) (for full wrap print)
    • 15oz Mug: 11 cm (H) x 20 cm (W)
  3. Send Us Your Design: Please email or PM us the design in JPEG, PNG, or PSD format.

Packaging & Delivery

  • Each box is safely wrapped with 2-3 layers of bubble wrap for protection during transit.
  • Metro Manila: 5-10 days after pickup
  • Outside Metro Manila/Mindanao: 2-3 days after pickup

  • Strictly No Cancellations on personalized items.
  • Upon receipt, please video the unboxing for evidence of any damage and contact us immediately before posting negatively.
