Pasay City, Metro Manila
Pasay City serves as the primary “Travel City” of the country. It houses the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) complex. Because of this, it acts as the nation’s main link to the world. Visitors enjoy world-class entertainment, massive retail centers, and rich cultural heritage here.
Current Leadership (2025–2028)
The city government follows the “HELP” agenda. This framework prioritizes Health, Education, Livelihood, and Peace. The following officials lead the administration:
| Office | Official |
| Mayor | Hon. Imelda “Emi” Calixto-Rubiano |
| Vice Mayor | Hon. Mark Anthony Calixto |
| Congressman | Hon. Antonino “Tony” Calixto |
Mayor Calixto-Rubiano is serving her third consecutive term. Her team aims to transform Pasay into a “Smart City”. They focus on robust social services for every resident.
