Brief History
Originally established as the Quezon City Polytechnic University (QCPU) in 1994, the institution was renamed Quezon City University in 2019 under City Ordinance No. SP-2812, S-2019. This marked a renewed commitment to expand its academic programs and deepen its contribution to local development.
