1. General Policy
At RB T-shirt and Advertising, we strive to provide top-quality printing and apparel services. In compliance with Republic Act No. 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines), we will honor valid return and exchange requests for items that are defective or damaged due to our production errors.
2. Special Clause: Custom & Personalized Orders
Please read this section carefully as it applies to the majority of our products (e.g., Team Jerseys, Uniforms, Personalized Souvenirs).
- Strictly Non-Returnable: Items that have been customized with specific names, logos, or designs cannot be returned or exchanged if the reason is “Change of Mind” or “Wrong Size Ordered by Customer.” These items are unique to you and cannot be resold.
- Mock-up Approval: We require customer approval on design mock-ups/proofs before printing. If an error (e.g., spelling mistake, wrong color hex code) exists in the final product but matches the proof approved by the customer, it is not eligible for return or free replacement.
3. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange an item only under the following conditions:
- Production Defects: The print is peeling, the fabric has a tear, or the sewing is defective upon receipt.
- Order Discrepancy: The item delivered does not match the size, color, or material specified in the final approved Job Order (e.g., You ordered Medium, but we delivered Small).
- Incorrect Personalization: We spelled a name wrong or used the wrong logo, and it differs from the approved design proof.
Timeframe: Issues must be reported within 7 days from the date of pickup or delivery.
4. Ready-Made / Blank Items (If Applicable)
For non-customized items (e.g., plain t-shirts, blank merchandise):
- We accept exchanges for size or color within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
- We do not offer cash refunds for “Change of Mind” on ready-made items; we offer Item Exchange only.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are only issued if the item is defective (our fault) and we cannot provide a replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
- Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Cash, G-Cash, or Bank Transfer).
- Timeline: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
6. How to Request a Return
- Bring the Item: Visit our shop in Tagum City with the physical item.
- Proof of Purchase: Present your Official Receipt or Job Order Slip.
- Inspection: Our team will inspect the item to verify if the defect is a production error.
