Barangay Pagsabangan is one of the 23 barangays located in the western part of Tagum City, in the province of Davao del Norte, Philippines. This rural barangay is known for its vast agricultural land and rich natural resources.

The barangay is led by a barangay captain and a council composed of barangay councilors, who are responsible for implementing local government programs and addressing the needs and concerns of its more than 5,000 residents.
