What is the minimum order quantity?

Most products have no minimum order. For larger bulk orders (50+ pieces), contact us for the best pricing.

How long does production take?

Standard production is 7–14 business days after design approval. Rush orders may be available — ask us for options.

Can I send my own design or logo?

Absolutely! Send us high-resolution PNG, SVG, or vector AI/EPS files. We'll create a free mockup for your approval before printing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank deposit (BPI, BDO, EastWest), GCash, Maya, and cash. A 50% downpayment is required to start production.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We deliver across the Philippines via LBC, J&T Express, and other couriers. Pickup is also available at our Tagum City showroom.

What if my order has a defect?

Report issues within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund items with confirmed production defects at no extra cost.
