Tagum City implemented the QR Code system throughout the pandemic to track and trace COVID-19 cases in the city. It is also part of the province of Davao Del Norte’s COVID-19 Contact Tracing System (DCCTS).

- Tagum City Hall
- Shopping Malls (GMall Tagum, City Mall Tagum and Robinsons Place Tagum)
- For non-resident of Tagum City, visit DCIMS | Registration (davnorsystems.gov.ph).
- For Tagum City businesses, visit DCCTS App Installer and Account Request for Establishments (humanitarianresponse.info).
