    • City/Municipality: Php 500.00
    • Regional: Php 1,000.00

  • Understand the definition of terms used in the business name:
    • Dominant Name: A word, group of words, or combination of letters and numerals
    • Descriptor: A word or a group of words describing the nature of business
    • Scope of Business: The limit of your rights over your business name
      • Barangay: A business name can only be used within the barangay. The name can be used by businesses outside the barangay.
      • City/Municipality: A business name can only be used within the city/municipality. The name can be used by businesses outside the city/municipality.
