Police Station – Tagum City

Tagum City Police Station is like the headquarters for keeping Tagum City safe in Davao Del Norte. They’re the ones who make sure everyone follows the laws, such as:

• Presidential Decree (PD) No. 162: Anti-Fencing Law
• Executive Order (EO) 70: ELCAC (End Local Communists Terrorist Armed Conflict)
• Republic Act (RA) 9165: Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002
• Republic Act (RA) 10883: New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016

The police station also addresses reports of missing persons and investigates crimes including theft, armed robbery, illegal drug trade through buy-bust operation, murder, homicide, corruption, cybercrime, human trafficking, as well as cases of kidnapping and hostage-taking.

Many personnel actively engage in various activities and events, including Araw ng Tagum celebrations, mangrove tree planting, coastal cleanups, Combined Arms Training Exercise (CATEX) or Katihan, and similar initiatives.
