TJ Garments – Tagum City
Miss Teresita F. Parado founded TJ GARMENTS in 1997 with only one manual sewing machine and Php 5,000.00 capital. She started as a sidewalk vendor, sewing diapers and infant wear using empty flour sacks. She sold them at prices lower than those in malls. Despite having no background in business, she pushed forward with determination and clear goals.
Over time, TJ GARMENTS became a pioneer in Davao del Norte for customized and quality garments at affordable prices. The business also helped fight unemployment by providing jobs in the local community.
Today, TJ GARMENTS offers a wide range of products, including digital print sportswear, polo shirts, and infant garments. They are confident in their product quality due to strict quality control and dependable service. This results in strong customer loyalty and repeat buyers.
The brand has a store in Davao del Norte and operates five mall outlets in NCCC Malls and one in Gmall. Their goal is to expand and be present in every province in the Philippines.
They value customer feedback and believe in giving people the power to express themselves through clothing. Their slogan, “TJ GARMENTS – EXPRESS YOUR STYLE”, continues to guide their mission.
