Kawa-kawa Falls, a unique tourist attraction in Bislig, Surigao del Sur, is a distinct natural wonder. Its name comes from the vernacular term for wok or frying pan because of its resemblance to various-sized woks.

The waterfall appears like a natural pool as it flows from the mountains and cascades into several “bowls”. The water is clean and flowing, making it a picturesque spot for swimming and relaxation.

For adrenaline junkies, there are several diving decks available to enjoy. Additionally, small cottages can be found around the area.

Visitors can get to Kawa-kawa Falls by bus or any private vehicle, as the road is mostly concrete and passable.
