GENERAL GUIDELINES
1. All members of the production team, main actors, and actresses must be 15-30 years old except for other talents (Extras).
2. All members of the production team must be residents of Tagum City.
3. The film must be original and new. (Taped and produced from April – May 2022.)
4. The short film must have a minimum running time of 10 minutes and a maximum time of 15 minutes including the credit roll.
