History
The story of Corpus Christi School is one of humble beginnings and steady growth.
- 1975: The school was founded by Dr. Alfonso del Fierro Jr. and Mrs. Corazon del Fierro. It began as a small preschool known as the “Little Schoolhouse,” operating out of a rented room with a vision to provide quality early childhood education.
- 1980s: Responding to the request of satisfied parents, the school expanded its offerings to include elementary levels. By 1989, the High School department was fully recognized by the government.
- 2010s: To bring education closer to families in the uptown area, the Pueblo de Oro Campus was inaugurated in 2011.
- K-12 Transition: CCS was among the first private schools in the region to fully adopt the K-12 curriculum, ensuring its graduates were globally competitive and college-ready.
From a single classroom to a multi-campus institution, CCS has remained family-led and values-oriented.
