Civil Registry is an agency in the City of Tagum, Davao Del Norte. This agency aims to support civil registration of the City, maintain progressive archives with accurate and reliable documents for the generation of useful data or information in aid to policy-making and planning, continue the advancement in information system for an easy retrieval and expeditious issuance of requested documents, and serve as a core of all efforts to be undertaken will lead towards efficient and effective public service for the benefit of our people.
