How to make QR Code in Tagum City?

Tagum City implemented the QR Code system throughout the pandemic to track and trace COVID-19 cases in the city. It is also part of the province of Davao Del Norte’s COVID-19 Contact Tracing System (DCCTS).

PROCEDURE

1. For Tagum City residents, visit the following establishments:
   • Nearby Barangay Hall
   • Tagum City Hall
   • Shopping Malls (GMall Tagum, City Mall Tagum and Robinsons Place Tagum)
2. For non-resident of Tagum City, visit DCIMS | Registration (davnorsystems.gov.ph).
3. For Tagum City businesses, visit DCCTS App Installer and Account Request for Establishments (humanitarianresponse.info).
