Finding reliable blank jersey suppliers in the Philippines can be frustrating. I have been through at least a dozen suppliers since I started, and the quality varies wildly. Some sell blanks that look good but shrink two sizes after the first wash. Others promise 100% polyester but ship 60/40 blends that sublimate poorly. If you run a sublimation shop, the blank jersey is your canvas — bad blanks mean bad finished products no matter how good your printing is.
Over the years I have narrowed down a list of suppliers I actually trust. This is not a comprehensive directory — these are places I have personally ordered from, tested, and would order from again.
What to Look for in a Supplier
Before you start comparing prices, know what makes a good blank jersey for sublimation printing.
- 100% polyester fabric. Anything less than 100% gives you faded, washed-out colors. The polyester count directly determines how vibrant your print turns out. Some suppliers label “65% polyester / 35% cotton” as sublimation-ready — it is not. The cotton content absorbs the ink instead of bonding with the dye.
- At least 140 GSM fabric weight. Lightweight jerseys (under 130 GSM) become see-through when stretched and wrinkle easily. Mid-weight 140 to 160 GSM gives a nice drape and holds the print well.
- Flat seams and no twist. Lay the jersey flat on a table. If the side seam curves instead of running straight, the garment is twisted. That twisting will distort your print alignment.
- Brushed or anti-pill interior. Some cheap blanks pill after a few washes. The interior texture should be smooth enough that the jersey does not feel scratchy when worn.
Wholesale Suppliers I Have Used
- Divisoria wholesalers (Manila): Cheapest prices but you have to inspect every piece. I got a batch where every jersey had a different shade of white. Some were cream, some were bright white. Be prepared to hand-pick if you are buying in person.
- Shopee and Lazada bulk sellers: Convenient for small orders (10 to 30 pieces). Look for sellers with at least 4.5 stars and actual customer photos in the reviews. Message them directly to ask about the polyester percentage — many list inaccurate specs.
- Facebook-based suppliers: There are dozens of groups and pages selling blanks from China. Some are reliable, some are drop-shippers who disappear after payment. Always ask for a video call to see the actual inventory.
- Local tailors and garment manufacturers: If you need custom sizes or colors, find a local sewer who can make blanks to your specification. The per-piece cost is higher, but you control the quality. We partner with a tailor in Davao for our oversized and plus-size requests.
How Much Should You Pay
Blank jersey prices vary depending on quantity, fabric quality, and the supplier’s location. Here are ballpark figures as of this year:
- Standard 100% polyester jersey: PHP 80 to 130 per piece for orders of 50+. Retail per piece is PHP 150 to 250.
- Premium jersey with moisture-wicking finish: PHP 140 to 200 per piece for bulk. These are what teams with bigger budgets usually request.
- Kids’ sizes (8-14): PHP 60 to 90 per piece. Smaller sizes use less fabric but the cutting and sewing labor is almost the same, so the discount is not dramatic.
- Bulk discounts typically kick in at 100 pieces. Expect 5 to 10% off the per-piece price compared to a 25-piece order.

Red Flags to Watch For
- Supplier cannot name the fabric composition beyond “polyester.” Run.
- Price is significantly lower than the market average. A PHP 45 “sublimation jersey” is almost certainly 50/50 polyester-cotton or a lightweight 110 GSM that will look cheap.
- No return or exchange policy. Even good suppliers accept returns for manufacturing defects. If they refuse, they know their quality is inconsistent.
- Watermarked sample photos. Real suppliers show real products on a plain background. Watermarked images lifted from Alibaba are a sign of a reseller who may not have stock.
Should You Stock Blank Jerseys or Order On-Demand?
This depends on your cash flow and space. Stocking means you can fulfill orders immediately, but you tie up capital in inventory. On-demand ordering means you order blanks only when a customer pays, which is safer for cash flow but adds 3 to 5 days to your turnaround.
I keep a small stock of the most common sizes (Medium, Large, Extra-Large) in white and black — maybe 15 pieces each. For other colors and sizes, I order on-demand from my supplier and plan for a 2-day lead time.
