What is the minimum order quantity?
For ceramic and magic mugs we accept single-piece orders. Bulk pricing kicks in at 12 pieces. Travel tumblers start at 6 pieces.
Are the prints dishwasher-safe?
Yes. Sublimation and UV-cured prints are tested to 500+ dishwasher cycles. We recommend top-rack placement for longest life.
Can you print my logo or photo?
Absolutely. Send a PNG, JPG, or vector file (AI/SVG/EPS) and we’ll mock up placement. For photos, use the highest resolution image available — at least 1500×1500 pixels.
How long does production take?
Standard orders ship within 24 hours. Bulk orders of 50+ mugs take 2–3 business days. Same-day rush is available for orders placed before 10 AM.
Do you ship outside Mindanao?
Yes — nationwide shipping via LBC, J&T, and Ninja Van. Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and quantity.
What file formats do you accept?
PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG, and EPS. For best print quality we need at least 300 DPI at the final print size. Our designers can recreate low-res logos for a small fee.
