What is the minimum order quantity for jackets?
There is no strict minimum — we handle single pieces and bulk orders alike. However, pricing is more competitive at 10+ pieces. Contact us for a custom quote based on your specific needs.
Which printing method is best for jackets?
It depends on your design and fabric. Embroidery is best for corporate logos and premium looks. Sublimation works for full-color all-over prints on polyester. DTF is great for detailed designs on cotton blends. Silkscreen is most cost-effective for simple logos on bulk orders. We'll recommend the best method for your project.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days depending on the jacket type, quantity, and printing method. Rush orders (1–2 days) are available for an additional fee. We'll give you an exact timeline when you place your order.
Can I see a sample before ordering in bulk?
Yes! Visit any of our 5 branches to inspect fabric samples and see our work in person. We can also produce a single sample piece before bulk production so you can approve the quality.
What file formats do you accept for designs?
We accept AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG, and SVG files. High-resolution files (300 DPI) are preferred for print. If you don't have a design ready, our team can create one for free on qualifying orders.
Do you ship jackets nationwide?
Yes! We ship via LBC, J&T Express, Shopee, and Lazada nationwide. Local delivery is available in Tagum City, Davao City, and Cagayan de Oro. You can also pick up at any of our branches.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer (BDO, BPI), GCash, Maya, and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required for custom orders, with the balance due upon completion. Corporate net-30 terms available with approved credit.
