There is no strict minimum — we handle single pieces and bulk orders alike. However, pricing is more competitive at 10+ pieces. Contact us for a custom quote based on your specific needs.

Embroidery is the gold standard for caps — it's durable, gives a premium textured look, and works on all fabrics. For designs with fine gradients or photographic detail, DTF printing on flat panels is a better option. We'll recommend the best method for your design and budget.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days depending on the headwear type, quantity, and customization method. Rush orders (1–2 days) are available for an additional fee. We'll give you an exact timeline when you place your order.
Can I see a sample before ordering in bulk?
Yes! Visit any of our 5 branches to inspect fabric samples and see our work in person. We can also produce a single sample piece before bulk production so you can approve the quality.
What file formats do you accept for designs?
We accept AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG, and SVG files. High-resolution files (300 DPI) are preferred for print. If you don't have a design ready, our team can create one for free on qualifying orders.
Do you ship headwear nationwide?
Yes! We ship via LBC, J&T Express, Shopee, and Lazada nationwide. Local delivery is available in Tagum City, Davao City, and Cagayan de Oro. You can also pick up at any of our branches.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer (BDO, BPI), GCash, Maya, and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required for custom orders, with the balance due upon completion. Corporate net-30 terms available with approved credit.
