We start at 25 pieces for embroidered structured bags and 50 pieces for drawstring / silkscreen orders. Smaller runs are possible but the per-unit cost goes up. If you're testing a design before a school-wide rollout, we recommend starting at 50 so the price-per-bag stays realistic.
Embroidery is the go-to for structured school and corporate bags — it gives a premium finish that holds up to daily wear. Silkscreen works best on drawstring and lightweight daypacks in high-volume runs (500+). DTF is the right call for full-color or photo-quality artwork on any bag type. We recommend the right method when you send your design.
Standard turnaround is 7–10 working days after artwork approval. Embroidery-only orders under 200 pieces usually finish in 5–7 days. Bulk orders above 1,000 pieces take 10–14 days. Rush orders are accepted for an additional fee if the production calendar allows — message us first to check availability.
We supply the bags. All four styles are stocked in our Tagum warehouse in standard colors (black, navy, gray, red). For specific Pantone color matches, we can source custom bags with a 2–3 week lead time. If you already have blank bags you'd like branded, we can print or embroider on customer-supplied stock too.
Yes — we ship nationwide via trusted couriers (LBC, J&T, GoGo Express). Bulk orders to Davao City, Cagayan de Oro, Manila, Cebu, and Iloilo are routine. Shipping fees depend on weight and destination; we'll quote it before you commit.
Yes. Our in-house design team can mock up your bag from a brief, a logo, or a rough sketch. Basic layout work is included in the order; more involved illustration or branding work is quoted separately.
Yes — we can produce a single physical sample with your embroidery or print for a small fee (typically ₱350–500, deducted from your full order). Digital mockups are free. Sample turnarounds are 3–5 days.
Front-panel printing or embroidery is standard. Multi-panel customization (top flap, side pockets, back panel) is available on structured bags — the cost per bag goes up slightly because each panel needs its own setup. We'll quote multi-panel orders on a case-by-case basis.
