How long does it take to fabricate a custom sign?
Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days depending on sign type, size, and complexity. Vinyl decals can be ready in 2–5 days; fabricated light boxes and channel letters typically take 10–14 days. Rush service (3–5 days) is available for time-sensitive projects.
Do you install signs, or just fabricate them?
Both. We fabricate in-house and offer professional installation in Tagum City, Davao Region, Cagayan de Oro, Oroquieta, and Metro Manila. For outside our service areas, we ship nationwide with mounting hardware and a written installation guide.
Do I need to provide my own design, or can you design it?
Either works. If you have a logo or artwork ready, send it (AI, PDF, PNG, SVG). If not, our in-house design team will create a scaled mockup based on your brand and the sign's location — included free with your quote.
What is the difference between a light box and channel letters?
A light box is a single rectangular panel (or shaped panel) with even backlighting — best for logos, menu boards, and large storefront signs. Channel letters are individual 3D letters (acrylic or metal) mounted to a wall or raceway — best for brand-name wordmarks and premium looks.
Are your signs weatherproof for outdoor use?
Yes. Outdoor signs use weather-sealed aluminum frames, IP65-rated LED modules, and UV-stable vinyl or acrylic faces. Coastal-area clients should specify salt-spray exposure — we'll use marine-grade stainless hardware.
Do you handle multi-branch or franchise rollouts?
Yes. We work with franchises and multi-location brands on per-location production and installation. Volume pricing is available for 3+ branches. We can also standardize sign specs across locations to keep brand consistency.
What warranty do you offer?
LED modules and electrical components carry a 1-year warranty. Structural fabrication (stainless, aluminum, acrylic light boxes) carries a 3–5 year warranty against defects in workmanship. Vinyl graphics carry a 1–3 year outdoor durability rating depending on film type.
