Affiliate FAQs
How is the affiliate program different from drop shipping?
Drop shipping is for store owners who sell on their own site and we fulfill blind-shipped. Affiliate is for anyone with an audience who refers customers to us — we handle everything end-to-end and you earn commission. See /dropshipping for the fulfillment model.
What's the cookie duration?
60 days from first click. If someone clicks your link, returns within 60 days, and purchases, you get credit. Last-click attribution — whichever affiliate link was clicked most recently wins.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly payouts on the 1st of each month for the previous month's confirmed earnings. Minimum payout ₱1,000. Methods: Philippine bank transfer, GCash, PayPal, USDT (TRC20). Statements and 1099-equivalent receipts provided.
What if my audience is outside the Philippines?
You can still earn. We ship worldwide (195+ countries). Your commissions are calculated on the order total, and you'll be paid in USD via PayPal or USDT by default. International bank wire available above $500 in pending balance.
Can I promote on paid ads?
Yes, with restrictions. You may bid on brand keywords (PHShirt, phshirt) only after clearing it with your affiliate manager. Bidding on competitor brand terms is not allowed. All paid traffic must be disclosed in your application.
Do you provide sample products for content creators?
Growth and Elite tier affiliates can request a sample kit (1–3 items per quarter) at no cost for review, unboxing, or tutorial content. Starter tier can purchase samples at cost with your affiliate code.
Is there a minimum number of referrals I need?
No minimums. You can stay on the Starter tier (10%) forever and still earn. Most active affiliates reach Growth (15%) within their first quarter.
