Steel frame (heavy-duty)
1.0 mm powder-coated steel — for venues where the tent is set up for a week or more, or for coastal wind exposure. Heavier (24 kg), but holds 50+ km/h gusts. ₱14,500 single-tent order.
Aluminum frame (lightweight)
1.5 mm anodized aluminum — single-event use or travel between multiple venues weekly. Lighter (16 kg), holds 40+ km/h gusts with proper ballast. ₱18,500 single-tent order.
Wheeled carry bag
Fits the full tent + canopy + stakes — 12×12×48 in. Includes reinforced handles and a luggage tag area for event identification.
Weight bags
4-corner ballast bag system. 25 kg each filled with pea gravel (not included — sand or gravel from venue). Required for outdoor use without staking.
Sidewalls (3 or 4)
Full-coverage sidewalls in matching custom print. 3-wall standard (back open); 4-wall fully-enclosed for back-of-house, dressing rooms, registration desks.
Half-height counter
Attaches to back frame, ~30 in tall × 8 ft wide. Folding aluminum + custom-printed front graphic. Pairs with the tent for a registration or product-demonstration station.

Event tent questions
How do I anchor the tent in a venue that prohibits ground stakes?
Use the weight-bag system — 4 corner bags, each filled with 25 kg of pea gravel or sand from the venue. The bags hang from the bottom frame corners via ball-bungee ties. For decks and patios, sandbag plates (₱350 each) distribute the load over a larger footprint. We've never had a properly ballasted tent fail in 5+ years of events.
Can the canopy be re-printed later?
Yes — we sell replacement canopy tops that fit the same frame. Order a new canopy in 5–7 working days from approval. Useful for events that change sponsors every year, or for re-using a frame across multiple brands.
What about fire-rated certification?
Our 500D polyester is rated to CPAI-84 Section 6 and NFPA-701 — both required by most US convention centers and accepted by Philippine venues. Certificates available on request, sent with every shipment.
Does the tent come with a warranty?
Frames carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defect. Canopy and sidewalls carry a 1-year fade warranty under normal use. Damage from misuse (tents left up in typhoon conditions, etc.) is not covered.
