Frequently Asked Questions
Mining procurement inquiries.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for mining coveralls?
Standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style. For full-mine rollout orders (500+ pieces) we offer volume pricing and per-site size sorting at no additional cost.
Do you supply FR certification documents with each order?
Yes. Every FR order ships with mill certification documents confirming fabric compliance with NFPA 70E, EN ISO 11612, or whichever standard your safety department requires.
Can you print mine site ID numbers and crew roles on coveralls?
Yes. We accept sequential ID lists and produce each garment with embroidered or heat-transferred ID numbers and role designations (e.g., "UNDERGROUND LEAD", "SURFACE OPERATOR").
What reflective tape options are available?
We use certified retroreflective tape in 2" or 4" widths, in silver or yellow-green contrast. Tape is tested to withstand industrial laundering and field abrasion.
Do you deliver across the Philippines, including remote mine sites?
Yes. We coordinate with mining procurement teams to ship to remote sites in Mindanao, Benguet, and Palawan via accredited logistics partners with site-delivery options.
