What is the minimum order quantity for custom umbrellas?
100 pieces is our standard MOQ for custom-printed umbrellas. For plain stock umbrellas, we can fulfill smaller orders. Volume discounts kick in at 500+ and 1,000+ pieces.
Can I print a full-color logo on the umbrella panels?
Yes — for full-color or photographic logos we use heat-transfer printing. Note that heat transfer is best on panel segments (not on the curved fold). For 1–3 color logos, silkscreen is more durable and cost-effective.
What fabric do you use?
190T pongee (polyester) is our standard — water-repellent, color-fast, and lightweight. We also offer 210T for premium upgrades. Black-coated linings available at no extra cost.
Can you ship umbrellas nationwide?
Yes — we ship anywhere in the Philippines via LBC, J&T Express, and freight forwarders for bulk orders above 1,000 pieces. Local delivery in Tagum, Davao, and CDO is free.
Do the umbrellas come with a warranty?
Yes — frames and ribs carry a 30-day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. The fabric print carries a fade-resistant warranty of 6 months under normal use.
Can I see a sample before ordering in bulk?
Yes. We produce single-piece pre-production samples for a small fee (refunded against the bulk order). Visit any branch to inspect plain-stock samples for free.
