What sizes are available?
Standard sizes are 33" x 81", 47" x 81", and 59" x 81" for floor stands, plus 11" x 17" for tabletop. Custom sizes from 24" to 96" wide available on request with a 5+ unit MOQ.
What's included with each banner stand?
Every order includes the printed graphic, aluminum base, twist-lock support pole, and a black canvas padded carrying bag. Tabletop versions include a smaller bag.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days after mockup approval. Rush production (3 business days) is available for a 30% upcharge if capacity allows.
Can I supply my own artwork?
Yes. Send print-ready PDF, AI, or PSD at 150+ DPI in CMYK. We provide free templates with bleed and safe-zone guides for each size. We also do graphic design if you don't have artwork.
Is the print scratch-resistant?
Yes. Every banner is laminated with a clear matte film that resists scratches, scuffs, and minor creases during transport. Gloss laminate optional for indoor displays under direct lighting.
Can the graphic be replaced later?
Yes. We can re-print just the graphic (without the base and pole) at a discount. Many clients reuse bases across multiple campaigns and only swap the graphic when messaging changes.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order is 1 stand. Pricing decreases at 3, 5, 10, and 20+ units. Same-day pickup available for single orders placed before 10am at our Tagum warehouse.
Do you offer outdoor banner stands?
Standard retractable banners are for indoor use. For outdoor banners, we recommend our custom vinyl banners (tarpaulin) which use ground stakes and weather-resistant prints.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders 5+ stands within Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao. Provincial and island destinations ship via LBC with a flat 350 PHP fee. Same-day pickup always free.
Can I see a mockup before printing?
Yes. Every order includes a free production mockup with exact dimensions, bleed, and color profile. Nothing prints until you approve the mockup via Viber or email.
