What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom beach towels?
Standard MOQ is 50 pieces per design. For resort chains or event sponsorships (500+ pieces) we offer volume pricing, per-size sorting, and folded-packaging options.
Can you do full-color all-over sublimation on beach towels?
Yes. We run full-bleed sublimation on microfiber beach towels up to 40×70 inches. Your artwork reproduces photo-quality with no per-color setup fees. Production files are accepted in PNG, TIFF, or AI at 150 DPI minimum.
Do you supply woven-edge or hemmed-edge finishing?
Both options available. Woven-edge finishing (woven dobby border) is preferred for hotel/resort towels. Hemmed-edge (folded and sewn) is standard for sublimation beach towels.
Can you embroider a hotel logo on bath towels?
Yes. We embroider hotel, spa, and resort logos on cotton bath towels using threads certified for industrial laundering (100+ wash cycles at 80°C). Corner placement is standard; center and border positions available on request.
