How much does embroidery cost?
Pricing is based on stitch count (design density) and order quantity. Unlike printing, the number of colors usually doesn't affect the price. Contact us for a custom estimate.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For small logos on polos or caps, we accept orders starting at 20 pieces. Corporate uniform embroidery requires 50 pieces. Custom patches start at 30 pieces. For quantities below MOQ, contact us — we'll do our best to accommodate pilot drops and event giveaways.
How long does embroidery production take?
Digital proofing takes 1-2 days. Physical sampling takes 3-4 days. Mass production is typically 5-7 working days depending on quantity and current production load. Rush orders accommodated where capacity allows — tell us your deadline up front.
Can you embroider on my own garments?
Yes. We accept customer-supplied polos, jackets, caps, barong fabric, towels, cut panels, and more. Send a photo of the fabric first — we'll check hoop clearance and backing requirements so you don't risk damage to garments that can't be unstitched if the design needs adjustments.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred. We also accept high-resolution PNG and JPG (300 DPI minimum). If you only have a raster file, we can digitize it for a one-time ₱1,000 fee — waived for orders of 300+ pieces. No digital file at all? We can work from a physical sample or sketch.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship via LBC, J&T Express, Shopee, and Lazada nationwide. Local pickup is free at our 4 branches in Tagum City (2), Cagayan de Oro, and Manila.
