For embroidered bucket hats, we can do small batches of 10+. For sublimation full-bleed prints, the MOQ is typically 20+ pieces due to setup time. Contact us with your quantity - we will work with you on smaller orders where possible.
Can you do full-color all-over prints on bucket hats?
Yes. We use dye-sublimation on polyester bucket hats to print any full-color artwork, photograph, or pattern across the entire hat - no white background, no decals. The print is dyed into the fabric, so it will not peel, crack, or fade.
Which is better - embroidery or sublimation for bucket hats?
It depends on the design. Embroidery is best for clean 1–5 color logos on cotton/twill - gives a premium textured finish. Sublimation is best for full-color patterns, photographs, or gradient artwork on polyester. Send us your design and we will recommend the right method.
