What is the minimum order for outdoor products?
Minimum order is 20 pieces per design for most products. Some items like cornhole boards and custom chairs have a minimum of 10 pieces. Contact us for specific product minimums.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 7 to 14 business days after mockup approval. Rush orders (3 to 5 days) are available for an additional fee depending on quantity and product type.
Is the printing UV-resistant and waterproof?
Yes. We use UV-resistant inks and waterproof coatings on all outdoor products. Sublimation prints are permanently infused into the fabric and will not crack, peel, or fade under sun exposure.
What sizes and customization options are available for blankets?
We offer blankets in standard sizes from 50×60 inches (throw) up to 60×80 inches (full-size). Options include fleece, woven, and picnic blanket styles with sublimation all-over print or embroidered logo placement. Custom sizes available on request.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship to all Philippine addresses via LBC, JRS, DHL, and FedEx. Metro Manila and major cities typically receive orders in 1 to 3 days. Provincial areas in 3 to 7 days. Tracking provided on every order.
