What is the standard turnaround for tarpaulin printing?
Standard turnaround is 1–3 business days depending on size, quantity, and finishing. Small tarps (2×3 to 4×8) can be ready same-day if the file is approved before 10am. Large-format prints and bulk orders (10+ pieces) take 2–3 days. Rush service is available for time-sensitive orders.
What file format should I send?
PDF (preferred), AI, or high-resolution PNG/JPG. Minimum 150 DPI at the final print size. For large tarpaulins (8ft+), 100 DPI is acceptable since the viewing distance is usually 5+ feet. If you only have a low-res image, we can usually upscale it — just send what you have and we’ll confirm if it’s print-ready.
Are the tarpaulins weatherproof?
Yes. Our standard 13oz PVC tarpaulin is water-proof, UV-resistant, and rated for 1–3 years of outdoor use. Mesh banners are wind-permeable for high-wind locations. Polyester fabric is best for indoor or short-term outdoor use. We’ll recommend the right material for your installation.
Do you include grommets and hems?
Yes — hemmed edges and brass grommets every 1–2 feet are standard and included in every quote. We also offer pole pockets, Velcro, rope hem, and other custom finishing on request. Tell us how you plan to hang it and we’ll recommend the right finishing.
What’s the largest size you can print?
Up to 10ft wide seamless. For wider prints (building wraps, hoarding), we heat-weld panels together for a near-seamless join. Maximum length is limited only by the material roll — we’ve printed 50ft+ tarpaulins for construction hoarding and event backdrops.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship via LBC, JRS, and other couriers. Tarpaulins are rolled, packed in protective tubing, and dispatched within 1 business day of file approval. Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao all covered. Shipping fee is quoted separately and depends on weight and destination.
Can I get a layout proof before printing?
Yes — every order includes a free scaled layout proof. We send a PDF showing the exact size, position, and any text or image placement. Revisions are free until you approve. We only go to print after you sign off.
Do you handle bulk school and graduation orders?
Yes — we specialize in graduation and program tarpaulins for schools. We’ve handled 300+ tarp orders for elementary and high school graduations on tight 3-day deadlines. We accept a master list of names, batch-print, and pack per-student. Special school pricing available.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum for tarpaulins — order 1 piece or 500. Stickers and decals have a minimum of 50 pieces due to die-cut setup costs. Posters and photo prints are also single-piece with no minimum.
