Mesh Banners that breathe
Standard vinyl acts like a sail — mesh lets air pass through. Built for fence wraps, scaffolding, stadium perimeter, and open-air events where solid banners would catch wind and tear. Same photo-quality print, half the wind load.
Why mesh, when vinyl works
Mesh isn't a substitute for vinyl — it's a different tool for wind-exposed outdoor installs where solid material would fail.
Wind passes through
The 9 oz open-weave has thousands of tiny holes per square foot — air moves through, eliminating dangerous sail loads on fences, scaffolding, and open-perimeter installs.
Photo-quality print
Modern large-format printers hit nearly the same color density on mesh as on vinyl. Logos, photos, and gradients print clean at any viewing distance.
Reinforced edges included
All standard sizes ship with heat-welded reinforced edges and brass grommets every 2 feet — pull-tested to handle outdoor wind loads up to 60 km/h.
UV-stable ink
Outdoor-rated eco-solvent ink set — fade-resistant up to 2 years of direct sun exposure. Same lifespan as 13 oz vinyl banner.
Custom sizes
Standard widths 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 ft. Lengths from 4 to 30 ft single-piece, larger wraps seam-welded on request.
Roll-shipped
Mesh banners roll onto a 3-inch core for shipping. Folded options available for very large pieces — ask our team.
Specs & standard sizes
9 oz PVC mesh, full-color CMYK print, single-sided. Double-sided and custom sizes available on quote.
Common mesh installs
Construction fence wraps
Perimeter hoarding at residential and commercial project sites. 6 ft tall fence + 6 ft mesh wrap sells the project and helps with wayfinding.
Scaffolding wraps
Cover unsightly scaffolding during facade repair or repainting. Continuous print hides the work zone and turns the scaffold into a billboard.
Stadium perimeter
Wrap chain-link fences at sports venues. Wind passes through, so the fence doesn't catch and the print stays clean.
Festival grounds
Outdoor music and food festivals — brand the perimeter and use as wayfinding for entrance, exit, parking, and stage zones.
Outdoor concerts
Stage backdrops where wind would catch a solid banner. Mesh holds shape under pressure.
Road & highway signage
Temporary directional signage along highways and tollways. Mesh handles crosswinds at elevated mounting heights.

Mesh banner questions
How much wind does mesh actually let through?
Standard 9 oz PVC mesh allows roughly 50% of wind to pass through, depending on print coverage (logos and solid blocks reduce airflow slightly). On a 6×8 ft perimeter fence, wind load is roughly halved compared to a solid vinyl banner of the same dimensions — that's the difference between a banner that holds and one that rips at the grommets during a typhoon-level gust.
Can I print a photo on mesh without losing detail?
Yes. Our printers run at 1440 × 720 dpi eco-solvent on mesh substrates, with the same color density as a 13 oz vinyl banner. Fine detail loses a small amount of crispness because the weave introduces a physical grid pattern, but photos and gradients read clearly at 5+ feet viewing distance.
How is mesh installed?
With the same hardware as a vinyl banner — zip ties, rope, bungee cords, or fence rings through the brass grommets. We recommend stainless-steel zip ties for outdoor installs (₱1.50 each, included free on orders above ₱3,000). For fence wraps, allow roughly 2 minutes per linear foot for the install crew.
Can you seam-weld pieces together for very large wraps?
Yes. We heat-weld seams for continuous wraps above 10×30 ft. The seam weld is roughly 5mm wide and rated to the same wind and pull load as the substrate. There is no visible ghost at typical viewing distances. We do not recommend seam-welded wraps below 30 ft, where a single-piece print is more efficient.
What's the price per square foot for a mesh banner?
Standard sizes start at ₱85/sqft for 9 oz mesh. Above 100 sqft, volume pricing kicks in (₱65–₱75/sqft). Includes reinforced edges, grommets every 2 ft, and full-color print. Add ₱2,000 setup fee for custom Pantone matches. Email your dimensions to sales@phshirt.com for a tailored quote.
