Drop Shipping FAQs
What is the difference between drop shipping and affiliate?
Drop shipping means you sell custom products on your own store and we fulfill them under your brand. Affiliate means you refer customers to PHShirt and earn a commission — we handle everything. See the comparison table above for details.
Can I use my own branded labels and packing slip?
Yes. Growth and Scale tier accounts can ship your own labels and use a custom packing slip template. We'll integrate the artwork at onboarding.
What's the typical production time per order?
Standard production: 3 to 5 business days after order received. Express: 1 to 2 days. Shipping within PH: 1 to 3 days metro, 3 to 7 days provincial. International shipping is available on request.
Can I send my own blank garments?
Yes. We accept BYO (bring your own) garments on all tiers. Send your blanks to our Tagum City or Cagayan de Oro branches, and we'll print and ship from there. Storage fee applies for batches over 30 days.
How do returns and quality issues work?
Defective items are reprinted or refunded at our cost. Customer-facing returns follow your store's policy — we don't dictate your returns process. We'll work with you on each case individually.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. DHL and FedEx shipping to 195+ countries. International production rates are quoted per order. DDP (duties paid) options available for US, AU, EU, and UK destinations.
Is there an exclusivity clause?
No. We don't require exclusivity. Many partners run multiple production partners and we win orders on quality, speed, and price. We do ask you not to resell our blank catalog directly on your storefront.
