What is the minimum order quantity for button pins?
Our minimum is 100 pieces per design. Pricing becomes significantly better at 500, 1,000, and 5,000+ pieces. If you need fewer than 100 pins (e.g., for a wedding or small event), contact us — we may be able to accommodate smaller runs on a case-by-case basis.
What's the difference between glossy and matte finish?
Glossy gives a vibrant, shiny look that makes colors pop and is the most common choice for campaigns and event swag. Matte has a softer, non-reflective surface with a premium tactile feel that works well for corporate branding and minimalist designs. Both are included at the same price — just pick one when you submit your design.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders (1–2 days) are available for an additional fee, subject to capacity. We'll confirm the exact timeline when you place your order.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We can produce a single sample piece so you can approve the colors, finish, and feel before committing to bulk production. Sample fees apply but are credited back when you place a qualifying bulk order. You can also visit any of our 5 branches to see material samples in person.
What file formats do you accept for the design?
We accept AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG, and SVG files. 300 DPI at the actual button size is ideal — for a 2.25" button, that's roughly 675×675 pixels. If you don't have a design ready, our team can create one for free on qualifying orders.
Do you ship button pins nationwide?
Yes! We ship via LBC, J&T Express, Shopee, and Lazada nationwide. Local pickup is available at our Tagum City (2 branches), Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Occidental, and Manila branches. Bulk orders qualify for free delivery within Metro Manila and major Visayas/Mindanao cities.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer (BDO, BPI), GCash, Maya, and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due upon completion. Corporate clients with approved credit can request net-30 terms.
