What sizes and thicknesses are available?
Standard sizes: 11" x 17" (tabletop), 18" x 24" (small), 24" x 36" (medium), and up to 48" x 96" (large). Thicknesses: 5mm standard for tabletop, 10mm upgrade for free-standing use without easel.
Can the sign be cut to a custom shape?
Yes. CNC contour cutting from your vector file (AI, EPS, or SVG). Most popular for character cutouts, photo booth props, and shaped welcome signs. Free contour cutting on orders of 3+ custom-shape signs.
Is foam board waterproof?
PVC foam board is water-resistant, not fully waterproof. Suitable for indoor use and covered-outdoor installations (under tents, awnings, or covered entryways). For fully outdoor weather, choose our corrugated plastic or vinyl banners.
Can you pre-attach easel stands?
Yes. We offer a triangular easel-back adhesive strip pre-applied to the back of any 18x24 or smaller sign. Display without an external easel. Larger signs need a separate easel stand.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days after mockup approval. Rush production (24 to 48 hours) available for an extra 40% if capacity allows.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order is 1 sign. Bulk pricing kicks in at 3, 5, and 10+ signs. Mix sizes and shapes in one bulk order.
Can I supply my own artwork?
Yes. Send print-ready PDF, AI, or PSD at 150+ DPI in CMYK. Vector file required for contour cutting. Free size-specific templates provided.
Is the print removable?
No. The print is bonded into the vinyl surface. Removing it damages the foam board. For reusable signs, choose our acrylic tabletop signs or mounted rigid boards.
Can the foam board be used outdoors?
Yes, in covered outdoor setups (under tents, canopies, covered entryways). For fully exposed outdoor use, we recommend our corflute (corrugated plastic) yard signs which are fully weatherproof.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders 5+ signs within Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao. Provincial and island destinations ship via LBC at a flat 350 PHP. Same-day pickup always free at our Tagum warehouse.
