Can I mix sizes and colors in one order?
Yes. Send us your size breakdown (e.g., 5 Small, 10 Medium, 8 Large, 5 XL) and we’ll confirm stock and pricing. Color mixing is also available across your order.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 7 to 14 business days after mockup approval. Rush orders (3 to 5 days) are available for an additional fee depending on quantity.

Yes. We ship to all Philippine addresses via LBC, JRS, DHL, and FedEx. Metro Manila and major cities typically receive orders in 1 to 3 days. Provincial areas in 3 to 7 days.

What file format do you need for logos?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or CDR) are preferred for embroidery and large-format printing. High-resolution PNG (300 DPI minimum) works for most other applications. We can also redraw or vectorize logos from JPG images for a small fee.
