Which print method should I choose — etching, UV, or pad?
Etching is the premium single-color choice (brewery crests, restaurant logos) — most durable. UV direct print is for full-color logos, gradients, or photography. Pad printing is the most cost-effective for multi-color logos at moderate volumes.
Are the glasses dishwasher-safe?
Yes — properly etched and UV-cured pints survive 1,000+ commercial dishwasher cycles. Pad-printed glasses are top-rack dishwasher safe. We do not recommend industrial sanitizing cycles for any glass marking.
Can I see a sample before ordering in bulk?
Yes — single-piece samples are ₱250 (refunded against bulk order). Visit any branch to see our full sample wall with etched, UV, and pad-printed examples.
Do you offer a case pack (12 or 24 pieces) for shipping?
Yes — every order is packed in foam-lined shipping cartons with dividers. 36-piece orders ship in one master carton; larger orders split into multiples. All shipments insured for breakage.
