What wood do you use for plaques?
We use sustainably sourced MDF and natural wood veneers. MDF provides a smooth, consistent surface for engraving and painting. Natural wood options (narra, acacia) are available for premium orders.
Can I add a photo to the plaque?
Yes. We offer photo frame plaques where a printed photo is embedded into the wooden surface. We also offer UV-printed photo plaques for full-colour reproduction.
What wood stain colours are available?
Standard options: natural (light), walnut (medium brown), and mahogany (dark reddish-brown). Custom stain colours available for orders of 25+ pieces.
What is the minimum order?
Minimum order is 5 pieces for standard plaques. Custom shapes and sizes may have a 10-piece minimum. Contact us for single-piece sampling.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after mockup approval. Rush orders (3–5 days) available for an additional fee.
