Which magnet type should I choose?
It depends on your use case. Flexible rubber magnets are the most popular — soft, durable, full-color, lowest unit cost, ideal for direct mail and trade-show giveaways. Photo-gloss magnets have a rigid, high-shine finish with vivid photo reproduction — best for souvenirs and travel keepsakes. Acrylic magnets have a premium glass-like feel for corporate gifts and retail branding. Tin box magnets double as a keepsake container for executive giveaways. How strong are the magnets? Will they slip off the fridge?
Our standard magnetic backing is strong enough for normal fridge doors, filing cabinets, and whiteboards — the magnet stays put even when the door is opened and closed repeatedly. For heavier items (e.g., thick acrylic + metal combination) or outdoor use on steel surfaces, we offer an upgraded high-pull magnet for an additional fee. If your design calls for an unusually large or heavy magnet, let us know and we'll spec the right magnetic strength.
Can you die-cut magnets to a custom shape?
Yes. Custom die-cut shapes (your artwork's outline becomes the magnet's edge) are available for any of our magnet types. A one-time die fee applies and is amortized over your run — so the per-unit cost is lower on larger orders. Standard rectangles, squares, circles, and ovals have no custom die fee. Send your artwork and we'll provide a cut-line proof before production.
What file formats do you accept for the design?
We accept AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG, and SVG files. Vector files (AI, SVG, PDF) are strongly preferred, especially for die-cut shapes — the cut line needs to follow your artwork's outline precisely. For photo-gloss magnets, high-resolution JPG/PNG (300 dpi at final size) works perfectly. Raster artwork under 300 dpi may look soft when printed at full size; we'll flag any quality issues before production.
Do you ship refrigerator magnets nationwide?
Yes! We ship via LBC, J&T Express, Shopee, and Lazada nationwide. Local pickup is available at our Tagum City (2 branches), Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Occidental, and Manila branches. Bulk orders (typically 500+ pieces) qualify for free delivery within Metro Manila and major Visayas/Mindanao cities.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer (BDO, BPI), GCash, Maya, and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due upon completion. Corporate clients with approved credit can request net-30 terms.
