What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product. Pens start at 50 pieces, notebooks at 100, desk accessories at 50, and conference kits at 25 sets. Volume discounts kick in at 100, 250, and 500+ units.
How long does turnaround take?
Standard production is 7–12 business days after mockup approval. Rush orders (3–5 business days) are available for an additional fee. Conference kits with multiple items may require 14 business days.
What notebook specifications can I customize?
You can choose cover material (hardbound, softcover, PU leather), paper type (ruled, blank, dotted, grid), page count (80, 120, 192, 240 sheets), size (A5, A6, B5), binding (spiral, stitched, perfect bound), and closure (elastic band, pen loop, ribbon bookmark).
What pen engraving methods do you offer?
We offer laser engraving (permanent, premium look on metal pens), pad printing (multi-color logos on plastic pens), and UV printing (full-color designs on barrel surface). Laser engraving is recommended for executive metal pens.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we ship to any Philippine address via LBC, J&T Express, or Ninja Van. Bulk orders above 500 pieces are shipped via freight forwarder. Pick-up is also available at our branches in Tagum City, Cagayan de Oro, and Manila.
