Review the Digital Proof
We send a digital mockup showing size, plating color, enamel fills, and backing. Revisions are free until you sign off.
Confirm & Pay Deposit
50% deposit locks your production slot. We accept bank transfer, GCash, Maya, and PayPal. Bulk orders can request net-30 terms.
Die, Plate & Ship
Custom die is cut, the design is struck into metal, enamel is filled and baked, plating is applied. 7–10 business days for delivery.
Plating & Backing Options
Pick a metal finish and a backing closure. All combinations available — included in the quoted price for standard options.

What is the minimum order quantity for enamel pins?
Our minimum is 100 pieces per design. Pricing becomes more competitive at 250, 500, 1,000, and 2,500+ pieces. If you need a smaller run (e.g., wedding favors, leadership gifts), contact us — smaller runs may be possible on a case-by-case basis, though die fees are amortized better over larger orders.
What's the difference between hard and soft enamel?
Hard enamel is polished flat so the enamel sits flush with the metal lines — smooth, jewelry-quality feel, more durable, premium price point. Soft enamel has recessed enamel below raised metal lines — more color depth and texture, lower price, the most popular style for merch drops and branding. We'll recommend the right one based on your design and budget.
Why do enamel pins take 7–10 days when button pins take 3–5?
Enamel pins require an extra die-cutting step (a custom metal mold is cut for your design) plus plating (gold, silver, black nickel, etc.) before the enamel is filled and baked. The die alone takes 3–4 business days, then production and plating add another 4–6 days. Rush service is available if you have a hard launch deadline.
Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We can produce a single sample piece so you can approve colors, plating, and feel before committing to bulk production. Sample fees apply and are credited back on qualifying bulk orders. You can also visit any of our 5 branches to discuss materials in person.
What file formats do you accept for the design?
We accept AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG, and SVG files. Vector files (AI, SVG, PDF) are strongly preferred for enamel pins because the design needs to be cut into a metal die — raster artwork requires vectorization, which we can do for free on qualifying orders. Final size should be specified (typically 0.75″–2″ for standard pins).
Do you ship enamel pins nationwide?
Yes! We ship via LBC, J&T Express, Shopee, and Lazada nationwide. Local pickup is available at our Tagum City (2 branches), Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Occidental, and Manila branches. Bulk orders qualify for free delivery within Metro Manila and major Visayas/Mindanao cities.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer (BDO, BPI), GCash, Maya, and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required to begin production (covers die costs), with the balance due upon completion. Corporate clients with approved credit can request net-30 terms.
