What is the minimum order quantity for custom fitted hats?
For embroidered fitteds, we can do small batches of 10+. Pro-style 59Fifty fitteds require 24+ pieces minimum due to size-run setup. Contact us with your quantity - we will work with you on smaller orders where possible.
Flat embroidery vs 3D puff - which is right for me?
Flat embroidery is the standard for 1–5 color logos - durable, professional, cost-effective. 3D puff embroidery raises the logo off the cap for a premium, dimensional effect - best for short wordmarks or single big letters (e.g., a varsity letter). Tell us your logo and we will recommend the right method.
Can I supply my own fitteds for embroidery?
Yes - we offer embroidery-only service if you already have caps. We charge by stitch count. Bring or ship your caps to our Tagum facility and we will embroider them and return them. Minimum 10 pieces for customer-supplied.
What fitted colors are available?
We carry the standard colors (black, white, navy, royal, red, gray) in stock. For other colors (forest, maroon, kelly, teal, etc.) we can special-order - typically 7–10 days additional lead time. Pantone matching available on bulk orders.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days depending on quantity and method. Rush orders (1–2 days) are available for an additional fee.
Do you ship fitteds nationwide?
Yes. We ship via LBC, J&T Express, Shopee, and Lazada nationwide. Local delivery is available in Tagum City, Davao City, and Cagayan de Oro. You can also pick up at any of our 5 branches.
