What is the minimum order for fabric labels?
100 pieces per design. For mixed sizes or fold styles in one order, the same minimum applies. Re-orders from stored artwork can be as low as 50 pieces.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders (3–5 days) are available for an additional fee depending on quantity and material.
Should I choose woven or printed labels?
Woven labels (damask or satin) are the premium choice — the logo is woven in thread, not printed. They cost a bit more but last longer and feel more upscale. Printed labels are best for care info, fabric content, and small text-heavy labels. Many brands use both: woven for the brand tag, printed for the care label.
What artwork do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) work best for woven labels. For printed labels, high-resolution PNG or PDF (300 DPI minimum) is fine. We can also work from sketches, photos of competitor labels, or your existing logo — we'll vectorize and clean up for production.
What fold style should I order?
Center fold is the most common — folded in half and sewn into a neck or side seam. End fold is cleaner (no raw edges) and works for hem or cuff labels. Loop fold gives a premium hangtag feel. Mitre fold is for distinctive 45° cuts. Send us a photo of how you plan to sew it and we'll recommend the right fold.
What size should my label be?
Standard inside-neck brand labels are 2" wide × 1" tall (50mm × 25mm) for woven, and 1.5" wide × 1" tall (38mm × 25mm) for printed care labels. We can cut any size from 0.5" to 4" in either dimension.
Can I get a sample before bulk production?
Yes. For woven labels we produce a thread-color proof (small woven swatch) before the full run. For printed labels, we provide a digital mockup. Sample fees apply but are credited back on bulk production.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship labels worldwide via DHL and FedEx. International orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days. Customs and duties are paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
