Minimum orders start at 100 pieces per design. This applies to both printed satin labels and woven labels. Contact us for bulk pricing on larger quantities.
Can labels withstand washing and dry cleaning?
Yes. Our printed labels are made on specially coated satin ribbon designed to withstand both machine washing and dry cleaning. The print will not fade, crack, or peel over time.
What's the difference between printed and woven labels?
Printed labels have your design printed on top of satin ribbon — affordable and vibrant. Woven labels have your design woven into the fabric itself using a loom — more premium and textured. Both are durable; choose based on your brand positioning and budget.
Can I include care instructions and washing symbols?
Yes. We can print standard care instruction symbols, fabric content percentages, country of origin, and sizing information on the same label or as a separate care label.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days after design approval. Rush orders can be completed in 2 to 3 business days for an additional fee depending on quantity.
Can I see a sample before ordering in bulk?
Yes. Visit any of our 5 branches to see fabric label samples in person. We can also produce a single sample piece before bulk production so you can approve the quality and design.
Do you ship labels nationwide?
Yes. We ship to all provinces in the Philippines via LBC, J&T Express, Shopee, and Lazada. Local pickup is available at our branches in Tagum City, Davao City, and Cagayan de Oro.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer (BDO, BPI), GCash, Maya, and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required for custom orders, with the balance due upon completion. Corporate net-30 terms available with approved credit.
