What is the minimum order quantity for custom beanies?
For embroidered beanies, we can do small batches of 10+. For woven patches or leather patches, the MOQ is typically 20+ pieces. Knit-in logos require 50+ pieces minimum due to the custom knitting program setup.
Which beanie material is best for the Philippines?
For most of the Philippines, a lightweight acrylic or cotton-blend beanie works year-round. For cold-climate clients (Baguio, Benguet, mountain tourism), we recommend wool-blend or heavy-gauge acrylic that holds warmth. Let us know your use case and we will recommend the right material.
Where is the logo placed on the beanie?
The most common placement is the front cuff - the folded-up band that sits across the forehead. Other placements include the back fold, side panel, or back of the head for cuffed styles. We will confirm placement with you before production.
Can you do leather or rubber patches on beanies?
Yes. We supply genuine leather, faux leather, and PVC rubber patches. The patch is sewn onto the beanie after the embroidery stage. Lead time is 5–10 days for custom-molded patches due to mold setup.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days depending on quantity and customization method. Rush orders (1–2 days) are available for an additional fee.
