How much wind do wing and flutter flags need?
3 kph minimum for visible motion. The flex-pole amplifies small breezes. Below 3 kph, the flag will hang limp. For indoor events with no air movement, choose teardrop instead.
What's the difference between wing and flutter?
Wing is tall and narrow (resembling a sail). Maximum vertical visibility from a distance. Flutter is wider and shorter, resembling a flag mid-wave. Higher readable surface area for branding. Same flex-pole hardware works with both shapes.
Can I use wing/flutter flags indoors?
Only if the indoor space has air movement (HVAC, fans, open doors). Without air movement, the flag hangs limp and loses its main visual advantage. For indoor events, choose feather or teardrop instead.

8ft overall (shorter flag) and 10ft overall (taller flag). Both ship with the same flex-pole hardware; only the pole length changes. 8ft is recommended for areas with overhead obstructions.
How long does the flag last outdoors?
Dye-sublimated polyester knit with UV-stable inks. Rated for 6+ months of continuous outdoor use before visible fade. Replace only the flag (not the pole) when designs change.
Is the flag double-sided?
Yes. Double-sided flags use a 100% block-out liner between the two prints — no bleed-through. Adds about 30% to the per-flag cost. Recommended for windy sites where the flag rotates continuously.
Is the flag washable?
Yes. Machine-wash cold, gentle cycle, hang dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. The pole hardware is hand-wipe only.
How long is production?
Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days after artwork approval. Rush production (3–5 days) is available for an additional 30% fee. Stock-quantity rush needs a written confirmation before we start.
What's the minimum order?
1 unit for evaluation. Bulk pricing starts at 5 units (10% off), 10 units (15% off), and 25+ units (20% off). Mixed wing and flutter shapes count toward the bulk threshold.
